Sheffield-based Lucy's baking business, Scrumptious by Lucy, started life on a market stall in 2016, and has since evolved into an online brownie delivery company.

The business went online last year, and now attracts customers from across the UK.

Lucy says the move to selling online has resulted in the business growing beyond her “wildest dreams,” and has resulted in her leaving her “proper job” as a math's teacher to pursue her passion of selling her brownies and blondies full-time.

Commenting on the selection of decadent products available for delivery, Lucy said: “Scrumptious by Lucy use only high quality ingredients to create the masterpiece that is the signature fudge brownie. Our decadent selection of brownies & blondies range from the classic Belgian dark chocolate brownie – for the brownie purist – to naughtily indulgent Oreo cookies & cream, the peanut butter sweet & salty fudge brownie, or the buttery, brown sugar Biscoff blondies.

"We also have vegan & gluten free options available, which are equally as gooey as the originals.”

Lucy, who runs the business from her home in Sheffield, says she prides herself on her local-first approach, using locally, and market, sourced ingredients where possible.

A box of four brownies is £12.95-13.95 and should arrive within two to three days from ordering or on a nominated day.
