We use Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service to ensure quick delivery. Orders are dispatched every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Most deliveries arrive the next working day, but please allow 2-3 working days. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know in the Delivery comments section at checkout and allow extra time. For orders sent on Thursday intended for Monday, Royal Mail may deliver over the weekend. We can add a message on the outside like 'Not to be opened until [date]'. If a delivery attempt is made and a card is left, please contact Royal Mail directly to arrange re-delivery. We cannot refund for delivery issues with Royal Mail. Delivery costs £4.25 for single orders. For multiple boxes to the same address, delivery is via Royal Mail tracked 24-hour, but note that multiple boxes won't fit through the letterbox. Ensure someone is available to receive the package or nominate a safe place. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Channel Islands, and some Highlands areas, delivery costs £4.95. Contact us for updates on delivery times. Yes, we offer a range of Vegan and Gluten-free brownies, including our Signature Chocolate, Chocolate and Orange, Chocolate and Raspberry, and Bakewell Blondie. We take great care to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, but please note that the risk still exists. These products are labeled NGCI (No Gluten Containing Ingredients). If you have any questions about our Gluten-free products or other allergens, please get in touch. For nut allergies, although we list ingredients and allergens for each flavor, there is always a small risk of nut traces in the environment. At Scrumpiousbylucy, we take great pride in our products. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. Since all of our baked products are made from scratch by real people, sometimes mistakes can happen. If we have a caused a problem with your order, we will do all we can to fix it.
We need to find out about a problem within 2 days of delivery and we need enough detail to address the problem.
In some instances, we can fix the delivery issues, before your products leave our bakery. Once our products leave us, it is more difficult to solve problems and many delivery and handling issues are out of our control. We will do all that we can to make you a happy customer, and will look at all issues individually, but in some instances we will be unable to issue a refund.
If there is any problem with your product or with a delivery, please notify us as soon as possible, We must be notified of any delivery issues within 2 business days of a shipping date to be able to resolve the problem.
We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:
An incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Weather related delivery issues, also Cakes not removed from packaging in a timely manner (i.e. packages left at an address when someone is out of town) Delivery problems beyond our control.

While we offer Vegan and Gluten-free brownies, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. We also do not make cakes suitable for people with nut allergies as nuts are present in many ingredients. Please be aware that all our products may contain nuts, even if not listed in the ingredients. If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Currently, we do not offer a collection service for our gift-wrapped brownie boxes. However, we have a pop-up stall at Sheffield train station every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and occasionally on Saturdays. Visit us to choose your freshly made brownies, and when you buy 4, they can be packed into one of our lovely brownie gift boxes. Please note that we usually bake around 10 different flavors at the pop-up, which may change. Let us know if you are visiting and want a specific brownie flavor.

Our brownies are made with the freshest ingredients and are best enjoyed within four to five days of receiving them. If you need to store them, keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, preferably the fridge, especially during warm months. Alternatively, you can freeze them for up to three months.
