The Sheffield Brownie Baker
We have a Pop-Up stall at Sheffield Train station main concourse each Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
between 09.30am and 5.30pm

The Sheffield brownies baker has been trading since October at South Yorkshire premier and busiest railway station where I have a pop up stall each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, as well as the occasional Saturday. We are situated, you really cannot miss us, we are in the main concourse between 9.30am and 5.30pm.
I love people watching, and with around 10 million journeys each day, there are always so many people to see and chat to. I bake a selection of fresh brownies and cookies each day and we stay open until the last one is sold or 5.30pm, but I must say how delighted I am at the response to us moving to the train station, and the brownies are becoming more and more popular.
The stall is especially great for when there are significant events coming up, such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter, Fathers Day and Christmas, where I always bake special brownies for the occasion, such as this years limited edition Valentines brownie slabs, and different brownies and blondies for Easter and Christmas including the really popular Cadbury's crème egg and Mini Egg brownies, Gingerbread blondies, and a range of cookies.
Lots of customers order their brownies in the morning before catching their trains, and then pick them up on their way home. I was born and raised in Sheffield, studied at Sheffield University and live in Sheffield, so to be able to open a brownies stall in the centre of the city is a dream come true.
