Vegan Chocolate fans have suffered far too long with poor vegan brownies choices and its great to see the food industry is now waking up and addressing this problem. 
 
For me, making a vegan chocolate brownies has been one of the hardest things I have ever done, but also one of the most rewarding accomplishments of my baking career.  When I decided to take my business online and away from just the local markets, I knew I had to get the Vegan brownie just right. 
 
The vegan brownie has kept me up until the small hours of the morning more so than any other brownie trial.  It’s a labour of love, the slightest miscalculation of any ingredients can throw a whole bake out of the window.  This is why I keep my now perfected recipe close to my heart and also in a secret draw. 
 
My vegan chocolate brownie, is rich, dense and full of flavour.  I have tried so hard to ensure my customers don’t get a dry, flaky brownie that tastes of flour or leaves a chalky taste.  If you pop my vegan chocolate brownie in the fridge 20 minutes before eating, its one of the best vegan brownie experiences you can have.  Enjoy!
