I just love Peanut Butter, whether it lathered across hot toast, in a sandwich, or my favourite topped on a beautifully rich, dense chocolate brownie.
My husband however, hates it! even more than the washing up. It is a love hate ingredient which I love. Are you a lover or a hater?
The sweet and salty taste of this brownie makes it a popular choice for me to eat any day of the week! It’s great with a cup of tea or coffee but also great warmed up with some salted caramel ice cream! I just pop the brownie into the microwave for no more than 20 seconds and it just starts to release those gorgeous peunut buttery oils
The brownie feels so dense and satisfying as you eat it and let’s not forget how pretty it looks. The swirls of peanut butter are mesmerising. I do love food that looks pretty especially when it tastes pretty awesome! Whether your vegan or non vegan you are going to love this nutty sensation!
