Vegan Chocolate & Raspberry brownie
The vegan chocolate raspberry was the first flavour I was adamant in creating. I love the combination of raspberries mixed with rich dark chocolate. I think this stems back to when I was young and my Nan used to make a chocolate and raspberry pavlova
The dark rich chocolate base is combined with fresh raspberries to create a zingy pop within each brownie. The tart raspberry against the bitter sweet chocolate makes a delicious pairing.
A lot of non vegan people have chosen to add this to their box of 4 for a reason and that is because it is so delicious! It is one of my favourite Brownies, I love to enjoy this with a cup of coffee! You don’t just have to be vegan to enjoy it.
