Lots of preparation ready for a huge bake starting this Friday as Scrumptious by Lucy will attending the Five on the Farm festival in South Yorkshire Near to the M1 at J37 Barnsley. This huge festival in association with Channel 5, will run each day over the bank holiday weekend, starting Saturday 28th to Monday 30th August. I love Cannon Hall Farm and often take the boys here, it really is one of my favourite places and one I recommended a while ago before the school holidays started
I shall be running my stall in the Farmers Market along with many other businesses, and will bring a really good selection of regular brownies including the Signature Chocolate, Oreo, Nuttella, Peanut butter, Lemon drizzle, Terry's chocolate Orange, as well as my Gluten Free and Vegan brownies and blondies, I shall also be taking my really popular August pop up flavour of the month, the Malteser brownie.

Little Farmers Club
Little Farmers Club will be joining us at 5 on the Farm Festival this August Bank Holiday weekend!
Farming sisters Lucy and Amy will be bringing fun and excitement with a variety of farming activities suiting all ages as well as a chance to buy one of their at-home Little Farmers Club boxes (which have proven to be a huge hit with parents and little ones!). Their mission is to get young people from all backgrounds to find their inner farmer through hands-on experiences that offer children the chance to be a part of the field to fork process!
🥕’Grow your own’ tutorials using raised plant beds
Choose one of three seed varieties and plant them in a biodegradable plant pot. Label your own plant marker and leave at the station until you wish to collect later on in the day
🎨 Painting with veggies
Use a variety of vegetables to print onto worksheets provided and create your own masterpiece
🐮 Farming Crafts
Create your own sheep’s wool fridge magnet, 3D harvest poster or garden bird feeder

There is plenty of parking, also, the event organisers will be operating a free shuttle bus service from Barnsley Station to the site. All you need to do is prebook your seat with them when purchasing your tickets.
The Shuttle will run around every 30 minutes, and stop along the route into the festival, so if you live locally to the festival, you can pick it up at any of these stop, also local residents and Blue Light card holders get a discount, just check out the website for the bus schedule and discounts .
