Lotus Biscoff Blondie

Buttery, brown sugar blondies with Lotus Biscoff spread, chunks of Lotus biscuit & white chocolate. Topped with a delicious mixture of dark chocolate & Biscoff spread, & a whole Lotus biscuit.
