Lotus Biscoff Blondie

The Lotus blondie should be any Biscoff lovers first choice! The lightly spiced caramel flavoured blondie is drizzled with lotus spread and once baked, topped with a signature Lotus biscuit.

Lotus Biscoff is one of our most popular flavours.  I love Lotus and add a dollop to my oats every morning.  For me, It is the caramalised lightly spiced taste that is heavenly and every mouthful of this blondie leaves you wanting more! 

 

So where did Lotus come from? 


In 1932 a Belgian baker, Jan Boone Sr created a biscuit purely made of natural ingredients and he named it Lotus after the flower that symbolises purity.  The Lotus had arrived.  In the 1950’s Boone began wrapping the biscuits individually and this is where most of you will have had your first taste  of Lotus, at your favourite coffee shop served with your coffee.   Now Lotus can be found in 6 continents including the UK not just as a biscuit, spread or ice cream but used as a base of some of your favourite desserts, welcome the Lotus Blondie!
