An indulgently sweet & salty brownie, made from melting chunks of milk & dark Belgian chocolate, with a velvety salted caramel sauce baked in to the middle & drizzled on top, & finished with a generous sprinkle of sea salt, all with the benefit of a Gluten Free flour.

Gluten Free Chocolate Salted Caramel Brownie

Question: "Why should somebody who has a gluten intolerance have to eat food that’s not as good as somebody without a gluten intolerance?"

And my salted caramel chocolate brownie is no exception, using the finest gluten free ingredients I have created the ultimate gluten free salted caramel chocolate brownie.  The rich salty and sweet caramel sits between two gooey, dense and moist chocolate bases to create a mix of beautiful flavours, to finish this off I swirl the same caramel on top of the brownie to finish it off, not only does it look wonderful, its tastes delicious, the only question you will be asking yourself, will be, why didn’t I order two or even three?
