Bakewell Blondie

The Bakewell is the top selling blondie and I’m confident this will be the top selling Gluten Free blondie.  The only difference is I use Doves Farm Gluten Free Flour, so you get to enjoy the fresh fruity flavours of raspberries and almond, topped with freeze dried raspberries and finished with a light flicker of icing sugar to make this the prettiest tasting blondie around.

Granulated Sugar, Light Brown Sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses, Humectant (Glycerol) Unsalted Butter (Milk), Granulated Sugar, Eggs, Bicarbonate Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) Almond Extract (Rapeseed Oil, Almond Oil (Nut)), Ground Almonds (Almonds), Raspberry Jam (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raspberries, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates), Gelling Agent (Pectins), Flaked Almonds (Almonds (Nut) Freeze dried raspberries, Icing Sugar (Icing Sugar, Anti-Caking Agent: Tricalcium Phosphate) Gluten Free Plain Flour (Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Maize Flour)
