Chocolate Coconut Brownie

This is one of my Grandma's recipes, & it was always one of her favourites. A creamy coconut filling, coconut topping & a decadent chocolate base.

Chocolate Coconut Brownie

Whenever I think of Coconut, I think of eating a nice cold bounty bar straight from the fridge on a hot summers day, it takes me back to my childhood and summer holidays with my family. Did you know that over 20 billion coconuts are produced each year!

The creamy coconut toppings sits on a rich, moist dense chocolate base which makes for a mouth wateringly good experience.

I love to put my coconut chocolate brownie in the fridge before I eat it, after 20 minutes in the fridge its nicely chilled, which I think only heightens the slightly little nutty and sweet flavours of the coconut and chocolate base.

All my letterbox brownies are vac packed so when you open up the packaging you will be met with the sweet smells of coconut and if you are like me, instant memories of holidays gone by.
