When baking a cake, Compromise isn’t an option.  “It’s simple, to bake the best cake, you have to use the best ingredients”

I always use the finest and best ingredients available, this way I know I’m on the right path to making the best cake.

Ingredients/Allergens

I source my eggs locally, and I am really lucky to have a great supplier who produces consistently good, orange and creamy yolks. The chocolate I use, is mainly Belgian and the finest quality giving consistently good scummyness, Even my custom built postable boxes are produced locally. Please check out the individual ingredients used in each of the brownies.

Allergens - Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Soy, Nuts, Seeds, Sulphur Dioxide.

Nuts - Unfortunately we do not make cakes for people with nut allergies as nuts are contained in many of our ingredients, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any nut traces, so please be aware all our products may contain nuts, although these are not shown on the ingredients.
